Due to the digital nature of our products (digital planners, spreadsheet templates, and downloadable tools), all sales are final. Once a purchase is complete and the download link is generated or delivered, the product cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Why We Have a No-Refund Policy
Digital files are immediately accessible upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, downloaded files cannot be physically returned, untaken, or deactivated. To protect our digital intellectual property, we do not issue refunds for change of mind or accidental purchases.
What We Cover (Exceptions)
We want you to love your purchase. We will issue a replacement, store credit, or a full refund under the following strict conditions:
- Corrupted or Broken Files: If the download link does not work or the template file is corrupted, please contact us. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund
Product Compatibility & Responsibilities
Before completing your purchase, please ensure you meet the necessary requirements:
- Software Requirements: Our spreadsheet templates require specific software Google Sheets.
- Device Requirements: Ensure your tablet, computer, or stylus is compatible with the file formats provided.
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible if a product does not work due to a lack of compatible software or hardware on the customer's end.
European Union (EU) Customers
By purchasing our digital content, you explicitly agree that the performance of the service begins immediately upon completion of the transaction. You acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal/cancellation once the digital download or delivery process has started.
